Kelli Watson Francuzenko is an intellectual property transactional attorney specializing in the protection, leverage and transfer of intellectual property assets and associated rights.
Her practice encompasses intellectual property due diligence, trademark protection, copyright registration and the drafting of intellectual property agreements, including licenses, assignments, R&D agreements, government grants and contracts, as well as other transfers of intellectual property and associated rights. She is of Counsel to Sequel Tech Law.
Kelli previously was the Assistant Director of the Research and Technology Development Office at Georgetown University, where she worked in technology transfer. Her experience also includes having been a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, where she focused on intellectual property transactions, due diligence, patent preparation, prosecution and opinion work.
